1. Research use only
All products sold by Reta Source UK Ltd are supplied strictly for research and laboratory purposes. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, and are not intended for consumption, injection, or any form of therapeutic use. By placing an order you confirm you understand and accept this condition.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and reside in the United Kingdom to place an order. By using this site you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of cleared payment via bank transfer or Bitcoin. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.
4. Shipping
UK orders are dispatched same or next working day. We use tracked services; tracking numbers are provided via email. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier. International shipping is not currently offered.
5. Returns
Due to the nature of research chemicals and cold-chain requirements, we do not accept returns unless products arrive damaged or incorrect. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to hello@retasourceuk.com.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reta Source UK Ltd excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from misuse of products supplied. Products are for research purposes only.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
